  4.           This program package should contain the following files.  If  any 
  5.           of these files are missing, I would recommend that you delete the 
  6.           entire  package and obtain a new copy, perhaps from  a  different 
  7.           source.  Most of the files are required for the program to work.

  9.                    TCO.DOC -- The documentation file
  10.                    TCO.CFG -- Tells the program where to look for the
  11.                               different files - comes configured for
  12.                               Drive A - *REQUIRED FILE*
  13.                    TCO.KEY -- For registered versions contains coded name
  14.                               and serial number of registered user 
  15.                               *REQUIRED FILE* whether registered or not.
  16.                    TCO.CNT -- Tells program how many records are in the 
  17.                               data file - *REQUIRED FILE*
  18.                    TCO.EXE -- The program - *REQUIRED FILE*
  19.                    README.1ST -- The file you are reading
  20.                    REGISTER.FRM -- Registration form

  23.           This  program is completely menu driven and can be  used  without 
  24.           reading the documentation.  I do advise that you at least  glance 
  25.           at the documentation to familiarize yourself with the menus.

  27.           Before  running the program, you must tell it where to  find  the 
  28.           different files.  This is done with the TCO.CFG file.  This  file 
  29.           requires  2 lines.  The first line tells where to find  the  main 
  30.           program.  The second line tells where to find the data base.  You 
  31.           can  view  the current setup by typing TYPE TCO.CFG.   It  should 
  32.           look like this;

  37.           Be  sure  that you put the file, TCO.CNT on  the  drive/directory 
  38.           that  you show on line 2.  All other files should remain  on  the 
  39.           drive/directory that is shown on line 1.

  41.           Once  you run the program and input your first card, the  program 
  42.           will create the main database file automatically.
